Barr Construction Apprenticeship Graduation

The Barr Construction Institute, the education arm, of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Cumberland Valley Chapter, held its annual apprenticeship graduation on Thursday evening, May 26th.  Special Guest attending the evening festivities included Secretary Kelly Schulz, Maryland Dept. Labor Licensing & Regulations (DLLR), Bill Taylor; Chairman Maryland Apprenticeship & Training Council and Dan Belcher; Director of Workforce Development, National Center Construction Education & Research (NCCER) Alachua, FL.
